Climax Support Foundation is a charity founded in 2017 officially registered in 2024 in Uganda (URSB #80034571394410).
Climax Support Foundation (CSF) started as one-off donations to community members in kyenjojo district and then graduated into a fully-fledged community support organisation in 2024. It was founded in 2017 perched in 2019 registered in May 2024 (URSB#80034571394410). CSF is seated on 2.6 acres of land in Kyenjojo District, 45 minutes/50.7km from Fort Portal Tourism City and 6hrs/ 246.6km from Kampala Capital City of Uganda.
We have 20 members (12F, 08M) aged 21 to 35 years, 09 staff (05F,04M).
Our history is that we have so far supported 208 patients who were stuck with medical bills over 7 years of work including conditions like Elephantiasis (10), Obstructed labour (120), taking back to school village none privileged,cancer patients (08) and others whom we would support at local health centres.
Our loonshot Dream for CSF is to be a model Heath Service Organisation

Our Key Result Areas:
+ Clinic: we provide health support through our maternity centre called Climax Medical Centre.
+ Crafts: provide life skills and income-generating activities eg handicraft bags, tailoring.
+ Career: learning through Horeb Nursery & Primary School
Founder’s Story: Elias Twinomugisha Byarugaba (‘Araali’) is a Father (of one), Aged 32,Husband to one wife (Alice Nyakwera - tailor), Founder and Director of Climax Support Foundation affectionately known as “Araali” in the community.
Before he came to Kyenjojo in the year 2000, he xxx. Having grown up in a resource constrained rural village of Kasaba , Araali’s dream is to see a world without maternal and infant mortality - newborn children surviving the first 1000 days of life. Nutrition is something close to his heart especially when Tooro Region ranks high on teenage pregnancies (####) and has been named among the highest child Malnutrition rates (43%) in Uganda, higher than the drought stricken Karamoja region
We provide health support services through Climax Medical Centre. It is planned as a 30 bed capacity clinic slated to be finished by June 2025. Construction has already started on doctors' quarters as we await funding USD$200,000 for the Medical Centre itself.
Kyenjojo sits on the Tourism Highway (Kampala to Kasese): 6 hours from Kampala, 6 hours to Kasese and 45 minutes from Fort Portal Tourism City. This strategic location sets Climax Support Foundation at an advantage in servicing the tourism market with fashion products like dresses, shirts, bags, table mats.
With the high school dropout rate of children in the area comes many social evils like teenage pregnancy, juvenile crime. CSF chose to invest in schools like Horeb Nursery and Primary School to support the career journey of a child and youth.
